• You will be responsible for the professional execution of all quality checks carried out during series production, as well as for the approval of the first and last parts produced within the manufacturing process
• You will also be responsible for the precise examination of plastic welded joints, including the professional preparation and metrological evaluation of fine microtome sections
• Furthermore, you will oversee metallographic section analyses to inspect metal welded joints and carry out detailed wall thickness measurements as well as laboratory and testing analyses
• Systematic root cause analysis of any quality-related deviations that arise during production, as well as the implementation of effective corrective measures, are also part of your core daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the regular assessment of rejected parts and play an active part in the sustainable reduction of typical sources of error
• Furthermore, you will assist with the carrying out of incoming goods inspections and coordinate external rework service providers, including the final approval of the processed components
• Finally, you will be responsible for carrying out rigorous dispatch audits and producing clear, quality-related reports for management and project stakeholders

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as a materials tester (m/f/d), quality specialist (m/f/d) or process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d)
• You also have at least three years’ solid professional experience in operational quality assurance at a manufacturing company, ideally in metal forming
• Your strong proficiency in MS Office, SAP and the CAQ software Babtec, as well as in the operation of modern 3D measuring machines
• Native-level written and spoken German, as well as a confident ability to work with technical documentation and drawings, are essential
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of commitment, flexibility for shift work, and strong communication and teamwork skills
• Finally, you are assertive, you have a structured, solution-oriented approach to your work and hold a valid Class B driving licence
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
