Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) in a manufacturing company
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in administrative processing and ideally some practical experience in quality assurance or in a technical environment
- You have a sound knowledge of common ERP systems and are experienced in using the MS Office package.package characterise you as a competent support for our motivated administrative team
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and a basic knowledge of English for processing international freight documents and documentation for this exciting position
- Furthermore, you have a high level of reliability and a pronounced haptic perception for the quality control of our plastic products as well as a very precise way of working
- Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work in a solution-oriented and independent manner to ensure the high quality standards of our customer in the field of plastics production in the long term
