You will be responsible for monitoring defined quality control points and quality issues. In addition, you will independently oversee the rectification of identified internal and external quality defects. You will regularly assist in monitoring production processes. Furthermore, you will implement internal quality assurance through transparency, involving all staff. You will also be responsible for handover procedures to customers:and classification societies in accordance with specified rules and guidelines. You will support and assist with the collection of key performance indicators; you will also analyse defined key performance indicators. Last but not least, you will help shape a continuous improvement process relating to quality aspects within your respective area of responsibility (e.g. outfitting/commissioning, etc.). Furthermore, you will promote quality awareness across all departments

• You have completed a technical vocational training programme and have several years’ professional experience
• You also have a good knowledge of quality assurance
• Knowledge of shipbuilding is desirable
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office products
• Good written and spoken English, or a willingness to learn these skills, will be an advantage
• You are characterised by your commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
