• You carry out measurements, for example using callipers, micrometres or 3D measuring machines
• You also inspect welded seams in accordance with applicable standards
• You carry out visual inspections for surface defects, dimensional deviations, paintwork or coatings
• You also carefully create and maintain test reports
• You compile test reports and defect reports accurately and comprehensively
• You record defects, document corrective actions and forward quality reports to customers where necessary
• In addition, you monitor compliance with relevant DIN, EN or ISO standards and check the specifications set out in technical drawings and specifications

• You have completed vocational training in metalworking, mechanical engineering, welding or a related field, for example as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or welder (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in using callipers, micrometres, test benches and, where applicable, 3D measuring machines or non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic testing
• You can confidently read and correctly interpret technical drawings and test plans
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
