• Testing and inspection: Carrying out incoming goods, in-process and final inspections of products or services. • Documentation and record-keeping: Preparing, maintaining and archiving test reports, quality reports and certificates. • Fault analysis and corrective actions: Recording and evaluating non-conformities and complaints. • Quality management and improvement: Contributing to the further development of the quality management system.
