Your responsibilities

Precise inspection and approval of screws and mechanical components in accordance with aviation standards and internal quality guidelines Carrying out incoming goods, intermediate and final inspections using various measuring instruments (e.g. micrometre screws, calipers, electronic test equipment) Ensuring and fully documenting all test results in accordance with applicable QM requirements and aviation standards Evaluating and analysing deviations, developing measures to rectify faults Working closely with production, development and suppliers to ensure the highest product quality Your profile Successfully completed technical training (e.g. as an industrial mechanic, metalworker, precision engineer, construction mechanic) or equivalent qualification Experience in using measuring equipment and testing procedures Strong quality awareness, a high level of concentration and a very precise, systematic approach to work Experience in the electronic and/or manual documentation of test results Ability to work as part of a team, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to undertake continuous professional development Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
