• You will oversee and monitor the quality management system, including action plans, document reviews and process audits
• You will keep a close eye on relevant laws and regulations relating to the environment, food safety and health and safety at work, and ensure they are kept up to date
• You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing the HACCP scheme, including all action plans, projects and meetings
• You will be responsible for implementing the environmental management system and will also play an active role in shaping the energy management system
• Furthermore, you drive the continuous improvement process (CIP) to constantly optimise processes
• You prepare for, carry out and follow up on internal and external audits conducted by certifying bodies and customers
• You will carry out regular site inspections, checking that everything is tidy and clean
• You will independently carry out microbiological tests in the laboratory

• You have successfully completed training as a Quality Specialist (m/f/d), Industrial Foreman (m/f/d) or Quality Management Technician (m/f/d)
• You have at least 3 years’ professional experience as a Quality Manager, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• You are confident in working with QM systems, internal and external audits, and common standards such as HACCP, environmental management and energy management
• You have experience or a relevant additional qualification in the field of health and safety at work and accident prevention
• You communicate confidently in both spoken and written German and English, enabling you to collaborate successfully both on-site and with the international group
• You find it easy to convey complex topics clearly during training sessions and briefings
• You are characterised by an independent, detail-oriented approach to your work and the ability to maintain an overview when coordinating different departments
• You appreciate the dynamic atmosphere on the shop floor and take a high degree of personal responsibility
