Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll be responsible for component inspection, including marking and record-keeping in accordance with the QM system
• You’ll carry out conventional measurements and length measurements
• You’ll carry out surface roughness tests
• You’ll carry out material tests in accordance with the QM system
• You’ll operate the coordinate measuring machine and other measuring equipment
• You’ll prepare the documentation for the measurement programmes
• Your duties will include collecting data for the capability assessment of measurement, testing and manufacturing processes in accordance with specifications
• You will carry out non-destructive testing in accordance with your qualifications and certificates
• You will initiate measures in the event of non-conformities in accordance with the quality management system
• You will also train and instruct KBB staff (workforce training)

What we are looking for

• You have completed vocational training in a technical trade, such as toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• Proof of VT2, PT2 and UT2 qualifications would be an advantage
• Professional experience in quality assurance would be an asset
• You have sound knowledge of standard testing procedures
• You are confident in using MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are physically fit and work independently and with a focus on quality in accordance with the guidelines of a quality management system
• The ability to work as part of a team rounds off your profile
