• you create, process and track initial sample test reports for individual parts and systems in cooperation with design and work preparation
• you ensure production quality by involving the areas of design, purchasing, production, work preparation and assembly
• QSA test plans are created for all production areas, and adapt them in coordination with the respective work planners (CAQ/Sylcom)
• You update and maintain QA/QM documentation as part of change management
• You record, analyse and follow up on problems and errors in the manufacturing process - using the 7Q quality tools (e. g. B. 8D report, Ishikawa diagram, 5-Why, Pareto, error collection card)
• Develop and implement improvement, corrective and preventive measures as part of a team
• Conduct internal audits, derive measures and track their implementation
• process and coordinate supplier complaints, including plausibility checks of measures
• actively support supplier development during supplier audits
• represent and support the team in the measuring room

• Completed training as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or a bachelor's degree with a technical background or comparable professional experience
• You have several years of experience in quality assurance or quality management
• Experience in operating measuring machines is desirable
• You are confident in using ERP systems and CAQ systems (Böhme and Weihs).systems (Böhme and Weihs) is a prerequisite
• you have a good command of written and spoken English
• you have a car driving licence and are willing to travel occasionally on business
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• strong quality awareness and careful working methods are among your strengths
