• You carry out internal and supplier process audits according to VDA 6.3 to ensure the highest quality standards
• in the creation, administration, distribution, updating and maintenance of QM documents and QM documentation, such as work and test instructions, forms, test plans, process control plans, management manuals and test certificates (DIN EN 10204), you are responsible for the structure and up-to-dateness
• you create and manage IMDS (Material Data System) entries to make material data management transparent and efficient
• Customer and supplier documents such as drawings, specifications, technical delivery conditions and initial samples, specifications, technical delivery conditions and initial sample reports
• you edit, manage and approve customer and supplier documents
• you regularly check customer-specific requirements in customer portals and coordinate these with internal quality management
• you create presentations and evaluations, including statistical analyses, process and test equipment capabilities and complaints
• the registration, distribution and maintenance of various quality documents (e.g. initial sample reports, packing instructions, packaging instructions)

• You have completed technical training or alternatively a degree as a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience in the field of quality assurance in an industrial company
• You have several years of practical and theoretical experience in quality assurance, ideally in the automotive sector
• Experience in the field of digitisation and automation is desired and you are open to further training (e.g. VDA 6.3 process auditor, heat treatment) is available
• In-depth knowledge in the application of automotive core tools and handling of AITF 16949 is an advantage for you, but not a mandatory requirement
• Practical experience with CAQ software, MS Office and comparable database applications
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
