• You will assist with updating, documenting and further developing quality control guidelines at every stage of the operational value chain
• You will also be responsible for monitoring production processes and ensuring product and delivery quality, for example by checking raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished and finished goods
• Quality control is also part of your remit
• You will be responsible for the analysis, evaluation and classification of customer complaints and fault reports
• In addition, you will be responsible for the daily product assessment using acceptance reports
• Root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective measures round off your role

• You have completed a vocational training programme, e.g. as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable technical qualification
• Your sound technical understanding and manual dexterity are strong points in your favour
• You have the ability to read design drawings and circuit diagrams
• Knowledge of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are known for your reliable approach to work
