- You will be responsible for the precise testing and approval of screws and mechanical components in accordance with aviation standards and internal quality guidelines
- You will also carry out incoming goods, intermediate and final inspections using various measuring equipment (e.g. micrometre screws, calipers, electronic testing devices). micrometre screws, calipers, electronic testing devices) is in your hands
- You ensure the complete documentation of all test results in accordance with applicable QM specifications and aviation standards
- You evaluate and analyse deviations, develop measures to correct errors
- You also maintain close cooperation with production, development and suppliers to ensure the highest product quality
Requirements
- You have completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in handling measuring equipment and test procedures
- You also have experience in the electronic and/or manual documentation of test results
- You can demonstrate knowledge of German and valid working papers
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
- Your strengths include a strong awareness of quality, high ability to concentrate and a sense of responsibility
- you are characterised by a very precise, systematic and team-oriented way of working
- last but not least, you are willing to undergo continuous further training
