• You will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring of all defined quality control points and quality checks of lower complexity within the production process to ensure that the specified high standards are met
• You will also be responsible for the professional monitoring and systematic management of all relevant handover documents, as well as for the meticulous archiving of all associated supporting documentation
• Furthermore, you will oversee regular checks to ensure compliance with strict quality requirements and specific criteria for all individual assemblies in the ongoing production process
• Your responsibilities will also include the systematic monitoring of the rectification of all quality defects identified internally and externally, in accordance with specified guidelines
• As part of your role, you will support the smooth handover of products to customers and to classification societies in accordance with binding rules and standards
• Furthermore, you will support the quality team in recording and analysing key performance indicators for the continuous improvement of all internal processes

• You have successfully completed a technical vocational training programme as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), construction fitter (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in operational quality assurance and in the practical application of defined quality requirements in a technical environment
• Your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications and your ability to work with industry-specific QA systems set you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have native-level proficiency in spoken and written German, as well as a good command of English – sufficient for business-level communication – for day-to-day communication
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of quality awareness, reliability and a consistently meticulous and independent approach to your work to the existing quality team
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
