• You will be responsible for providing quality support during the launch of new products and will carry out system, design and process FMEA analyses independently
• You will also be responsible for quality-related matters in new product development, working closely with interdisciplinary teams and international clients
• Furthermore, you will oversee the analysis and implementation of product-specific customer requirements, and prepare and hand over the necessary quality data and first article inspection reports
• Your responsibilities also include assisting with supplier selection, carrying out initial sample test reports and approving test plans
• As part of your role, you will support the systematic handling of customer and supplier complaints, including structured root cause analyses and preventive measures in accordance with the 8D standard
• Furthermore, you will support operational deviation management by specifically blocking non-compliant products and tracking internal error reports
• Finally, you will be responsible for producing informative quality reports, assisting with product-related customer audits and playing an active role in the further development of the quality management system

• You have successfully completed a degree in quality management, Industrial Engineering or Engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in quality management at a manufacturing company, preferably in the technology sector
• You are distinguished by your confident knowledge of common CAQ systems, SAP, the relevant MS Office applications and quality tools such as FMEA
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English to communicate confidently in an international environment
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of assertiveness and strong communication skills when dealing with internal and external contacts
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
• Finally, you have strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach, and you always work in a structured and independent manner, adopting a focused and precise approach
