• You will be responsible for independently managing quality and escalation processes for international customers and reliable suppliers
• You will also be responsible for handling all BESScomplaints in a timely and structured manner, consistently applying the 8D problem-solving methodology
• Furthermore, you will oversee the active development and continuous optimisation of the existing quality management system in accordance with applicable guidelines
• The planning, implementation and documentation of product- and process-related audits are also part of your varied responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the definition, management and evaluation of relevant quality KPIs for targeted process optimisation
• Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation of informative quality reports and the comprehensive recording of all key complaint data
• Finally, you will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring of all established quality gates to ensure high and reliable product quality standards in the long term

• You have successfully completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, and possess sound technical expertise
• you also have at least three years’ relevant professional experience in quality management and in the field of supplier quality management
• your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications, SAP and established quality methods are key to your day-to-day work
• You consistently demonstrate business-level proficiency in both spoken and written German, as well as fluent English
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of assertiveness, systematic thinking and a willingness to undertake occasional business travel
• Finally, you are an excellent communicator, value goal-oriented teamwork and impress with your ability to work independently
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
