Job description

  • You will be responsible for independently managing quality and escalation processes for international customers and reliable suppliers
  • You will also be responsible for handling all BESScomplaints in a timely and structured manner, consistently applying the 8D problem-solving methodology
  • Furthermore, you will oversee the active development and continuous optimisation of the existing quality management system in accordance with applicable guidelines

Requirements
