• You will be responsible for continuously monitoring and ensuring the specified quality standards in ongoing production
• In addition, you will independently carry out production-related tests and systematic random checks to ensure consistent compliance with the required product conformity
• Furthermore, you will verify various components using high-quality optical measuring systems and create precise target/actual comparisons for documentation
• You will analyse internal and external quality deviations and define and consistently follow up on suitable corrective measures.actual comparisons for the documentation

• As part of your role, you will handle customer complaints independently and coordinate closely with the internal departments involved
• In addition, you will be responsible for creating, evaluating and archiving quality reports, evaluation and audit-proof archiving of test reports and detailed quality reports for the site managers
• Finally, you will organise the regular maintenance and calibration of the test equipment used and optimise existing test instructions in accordance with applicable standards

• You have successfully completed further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) specialising in mechanical engineering or materials technology, which forms the basis of your qualification
• You also have a solid foundation of training as a materials tester (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience
• You are confident in optical measurement technology and in dealing with common QM systems and relevant ISO standards.standards characterise you
• You have native-level German language skills and a good command of English for professional communication with international customers and auditors
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of analytical competence as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working to your team
• Finally you are absolutely reliable and impress with your strong communication skills in dealing with various contact persons and external service providers
