Job description

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive processing of customer complaints and the preparation of detailed reports to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction within the specified standards
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination and control of internal complaint processes between the departments involved, taking into account deadlines and procedural requirements
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the control and final approval of complaint processes, ensuring full compliance with all internal quality guidelines and documentation

  • Proper inspection and documentation of all quality-relevant processes is also part of your tasks, to ensure transparent traceability of all process steps for the company
  • As part of your work, you will support production by answering technical questions and clarifying complaints directly at the interface to production
  • Finally, you will be responsible for the professional handling of logistics complaints and ensure efficient error analysis and sustainable correction of deviations through your structured working methods

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with further technical training (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in complaints management or quality management, ideally within industrial production or in a strongly process-oriented environment in the automotive industry
  • You are characterised by your confident knowledge of the common MS Office applications and ERP systems and enable you to process all digital business transactions precisely and efficiently
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure legally compliant correspondence with customers and precise internal documentation at all times
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of assertiveness and strong communication skills in order to always act in a solution-oriented and professional manner, even in complex complaint discussions
  • Finally, you are resilient and work very conscientiously and detail-oriented, ensuring error-free processing of all processes assigned to you even with a high workload
