Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with further technical training (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in complaints management or quality management, ideally within industrial production or in a strongly process-oriented environment in the automotive industry
- You are characterised by your confident knowledge of the common MS Office applications and ERP systems and enable you to process all digital business transactions precisely and efficiently
- You have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure legally compliant correspondence with customers and precise internal documentation at all times
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of assertiveness and strong communication skills in order to always act in a solution-oriented and professional manner, even in complex complaint discussions
- Finally, you are resilient and work very conscientiously and detail-oriented, ensuring error-free processing of all processes assigned to you even with a high workload
