• You will further develop the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and work as part of the energy management team (DIN EN ISO 50001:2018)
• You will also plan and carry out internal and external audits, as well as support the certification process
• In addition, you will handle complaints, carry out root cause analyses and implement sustainable improvement measures
• You will analyse and optimise processes to improve quality and efficiency
• You will create and maintain key performance indicators and customer portals in a systematic manner
• You will work closely with Production, logistics and procurement
• Finally, you will support senior management in the area of health and safety (including risk assessments, safety briefings, accident management and the hazardous substances register)

• You have completed technical or commercial training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or industrial business administrator (m/f/d), with the relevant technical understanding, or a comparable qualification
• you also have experience in quality management and, ideally, as an auditor (m/f/d)
• You also have knowledge of ISO 9001 and standard QM methods
• You are confident using MS Office, knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• you have a good command of German and English, as well as a valid work permit
• analytical thinking, initiative and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work are your hallmarks
