• You will be responsible for drafting, revision and structured implementation of the updated quality manual and new quality guidelines, taking into account current standards
• you will also be responsible for the detailed analysis of existing quality management structures and for the continuous optimisation of all internal business processes within the company
• You will also oversee the review and systematic updating of all relevant process descriptions, operating procedures and quality-related documentation for the specialist departments
• The targeted preparation of all organisational units for upcoming internal and external quality audits is also one of your key responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the individual departments in the sustainable implementation of modern QM structures and in the monitoring of measures
• Furthermore, you will actively support senior management in reviewing existing interfaces, areas of responsibility and organisational processes in day-to-day operations
• Finally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for optimisation and for the reliable monitoring of all defined quality assurance measures across the entire organisation

• You have successfully completed further training as a Quality Management Officer (m/f/d) and have an apprenticeship as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have sound practical experience in quality management, ideally gained in a manufacturing company
• Your solid knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard and your proficiency in using MS Office set you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German to ensure smooth communication with all internal stakeholders and specialist departments
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of solution-oriented thinking and strong communication skills for liaising with specialist departments
• You are also assertive, work independently and consistently carry out your duties conscientiously and in a structured manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
