• You will be responsible for ensuring and continuously optimising the required quality of all products, services and internal processes, taking relevant performance indicators into account
• You will also be responsible for the professional handling of customer complaints and will act as the central point of contact for all quality-related matters in day-to-day operations
• Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation and systematic management of all QMdocumentation and reliably ensure compliance with key quality specifications
• Your responsibilities also include the provision, maintenance and targeted communication of management systems, as well as the implementation of all requirements of current ISO standards
• As part of your role, you will support the careful preparation, execution and follow-up of all internal and external audits within the company
• Finally, you will be responsible for the technical leadership, targeted coordination and ongoing motivation of your assigned team in day-to-day production operations

• You have completed further training as a Quality Management Representative (m/f/d) or Quality Manager (m/f/d), as well as technical training as a Packaging Technologist (m/f/d) or Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have sound technical work experience in a manufacturing company, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Green Belt, LEAN, CIP and 5S
• Your confident use of standard MS Office applications sets you apart in your day-to-day work with modern QM documentation and data analysis
• Your native-level command of spoken and written German, as well as a good command of English, enable you to communicate smoothly both internally and externally
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
