You will be responsible for ensuring and continuously improving the required quality of products, services and processes; in doing so, you take into account and evaluate relevant quality indicators, on the basis of which you optimise internal procedures and operational processes; you handle complaints reliably; you act as the point of contact for all quality-related matters; you draw up and manage the QMdocumentation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the provision, maintenance and communication of the management systems; you implement central guidelines and quality standards; you also implement the requirements of various standards such as DIN ISO; you prepare and carry out audits; and, last but not least, you lead, coordinate and motivate the team

• You have technical training with a career in a technical field, as well as a qualification as a QMB (m/f/d), QMA (m/f/d) or as a state-recognised quality manager (m/f/d), including knowledge of Green Belt, LEAN, CIP and 5S
• You have technical understanding gained through professional experience in a manufacturing company
• You have a strong command of IT, particularly in MS Office applications
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as written and spoken English
• Strong soft skills in leading, coordinating and motivating teams round off your profile
• Residence in Germany and a valid work and residence permit for Germany are essential
