Job description

  • You will ensure the reliable implementation of a standards-compliant and forward-looking quality and integrated management system (IMS), maintain it and continuously develop it further
  • You will implement the company-wide quality policy and continuously develop it in close consultation with senior management.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant norms and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001; ideally also ISO 50001) and ensure their implementation within the company.
  • You will contribute your expertise in the planning, execution and follow-up of internal audits and will also coordinate external audits (e.g. certification, supplier and customer audits).

Requirements

  • You have a degree in engineering, natural sciences, industrial engineering or a comparable technical background – or, alternatively, technical training supplemented by further training as a technician (m/f/d) and relevant quality management experience.
  • You have an additional qualification in quality management (e.g. quality representative, auditor or manager in accordance with ISO 9001, ideally DGQ-accredited).
  • You have several years’ professional experience in establishing, maintaining and further developing quality and management systems.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; ideally, you also have knowledge of others such as ISO 50001.
  • You are confident in using QM methods and tools (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, PDCA).
  • You will bring a structured, analytical and independent approach to your work, as well as a high degree of initiative, to the team.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office and, ideally, have experience with CAQ systems.
