• You will provide technical and line management guidance to the entire quality assurance team
• You will ensure that all defined quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met
• You will continuously develop and improve the existing quality management system
• You systematically process incoming customer complaints and follow them through to completion
• You manage all APQP and PPAP processes in a targeted manner and shape them
• You plan and carry out upcoming quality audits, both internally and externally
• You actively implement the specified quality assurance strategy within the company and monitor compliance with it

• You have successfully completed a technical degree or hold an equivalent qualification
• You have several years’ management experience in quality management within the automotive industry
• You have a thorough understanding of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and the 8D methodology, and apply them with confidence
• You have a good command of spoken and written German
• You are an assertive and solution-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities, and you are familiar with customer complaints and audits
• You live in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
