• You will be responsible for managing the QM system in accordance with ISO 9001 et seq. and continuously developing it
• The creation, control and monitoring of documents in the QM manual fall within your remit
• You will carry out internal and external audits, including certification audits in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 et seq.
• You will conscientiously update and manage the hazardous substances register, operating instructions and safety data sheets
• Complaints management is an integral part of your role
• In the event of absence, you will stand in for the Head of Quality Assurance
• Day-to-day quality assurance tasks also fall within your remit
• You will take on administrative or support tasks in other departments as required
• You are responsible for the ‘Babtec’ QA programme and oversee it closely

• You have completed an apprenticeship in a metalworking trade, for example as a machining technician (m/f) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained experience in quality assurance
• you also hold a Class B driving licence and have your own car to get to your workplace
• You are also willing to work shifts
• Good written and spoken German is a given for you
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
