• You will handle customer complaints independently and analyse the causes of faults using structured methods such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5 Whys to continuously improve product quality
• You will also plan and manage corrective and preventive actions, which you will implement and monitor on a long-term basis within electronics manufacturing
• Furthermore, you will work closely with Production, Industrial Engineering, Development and the SCM team to optimise product quality and tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner
• Conducting product and process audits, as well as supporting customer visits and certification processes, are also part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support and oversee audit processes, monitor manufacturing standards and scrutinise work instructions and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with standards
• Furthermore, you will work proactively with production data, initiate improvements and develop existing quality processes in a targeted manner
• Finally, you will maintain and develop quality standards in assembly and electronics manufacturing to ensure long-term product quality and customer satisfaction

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d), ideally with further training to become a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
• You also have professional experience in quality assurance, quality management or within the production environment of a manufacturing company
• Your solid knowledge of quality methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA or 5 Whys, as well as production or process controls, are key strengths of yours
• You have good to very good written and spoken German and can explain complex issues to customers in a way they can understand
• Furthermore, you have a highly structured and solution-oriented approach to your work and are a good communicator when collaborating with various specialist departments
• You also hold a Class B driving licence and have your own car, so that you can reliably reach the workplace at any time
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
