- You will handle customer complaints independently and analyse the causes of faults using structured methods such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5 Whys to continuously improve product quality
- You will also plan and manage corrective and preventive actions, which you will implement and monitor on a long-term basis within electronics manufacturing
- Furthermore, you will work closely with Production, Industrial Engineering, Development and the SCM team to optimise product quality and tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner
