You will be responsible for coordinating, managing and ensuring the quality management system in collaboration with our central quality management team. You will ensure that information is shared and training is provided within your team regarding changes and developments in the field of quality management. You will also prepare audits, carry them out and follow them up, including evaluation and reporting. Your daily interaction with residents helps you to continuously improve quality. You will also ensure that the care process for residents is documented to a high standard (medication administration, care records, etc.). Together with the on-site team, you play a significant role in ensuring the quality of care

• You have completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d), geriatric care worker (m/f/d) and/or healthcare nurse (m/f/d)
• You have also successfully completed further training in quality management
• You are fluent in spoken and written German
• You are also a team player (m/f/d) and show empathy when interacting with residents and colleagues
• You work independently, are solution-oriented and enjoy a good laugh – so do we
