• You will be responsible for the operational and strategic procurement of all necessary chemicals and raw materials to ensure production processes run on schedule, whilst adhering to defined quality standards
• You will also be responsible for negotiating competitive prices and drawing up legally compliant framework agreements with national and international suppliers
• Furthermore, you will oversee the ongoing preparation of valid price comparisons and price planning, and manage the swift resolution of complaints in the event of identified quality deviations
• Conducting regular, structured supplier evaluations and actively addressing potential supply bottlenecks are also part of your day-to-day responsibilities within the Procurement department
• As part of your role, you will support cross-functional project teams in the targeted implementation of cost-saving measures and the timely procurement of sample parts
• Furthermore, you will provide active support in the error-free qualification of new components and play an active role in challenging investment projects within the company
• Finally, you will be responsible for the meticulous maintenance of all procurement-related master data in the ERP system, thereby ensuring high data quality in day-to-day operations

• further training to become a Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) following an apprenticeship as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Specialist (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in the operational and strategic procurement of raw materials, chemicals or comparable industrial goods
• Your confident proficiency in using standard ERP systems and MS Office convincingly rounds off your professional profile for this role
• You have business-fluent written and spoken German, as well as very good English skills for global communication
• Furthermore, you possess excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to assert yourself when dealing with suppliers
• In addition, you are an excellent team player and always work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner on the tasks assigned to you
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
