• You will be responsible for conducting price negotiations independently, as well as for drafting and optimising binding framework agreements in the field of chemical raw materials
• You will also be responsible for the timely processing of all orders and the systematic handling of complaints in the event of quality deviations
• You will also oversee the preparation of detailed price comparisons, the ongoing implementation of market-driven price planning and the accurate maintenance of master data
• Your responsibilities also include actively participating in interdisciplinary projects aimed at achieving sustainable cost savings, as well as the rapid resolution of critical supply bottlenecks
• As part of your role, you will support the regular conduct of structured supplier evaluations and the successful implementation of complex investment projects
• Furthermore, you will support the professional procurement of required sample parts and actively participate in the expert qualification of new components
• Finally, you will be responsible for targeted communication with business partners to ensure reliable, partnership-based supplier relationships for production in the long term

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d) or an office management assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in operational procurement, ideally in the procurement of chemical raw materials for an industrial company
• You are distinguished by your solid knowledge of a common ERP system such as SAP, as well as your proficiency in using MS Office
• You have a very good command of German, both spoken and written, at native speaker level, as well as business-level proficiency in English
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of negotiating skill, strong assertiveness and a deep understanding of economic contexts
• You are also an excellent team player and always work independently, accurately and with a goal-oriented, solution-focused approach
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have your permanent residence in Germany
