• You will take on a wide range of tasks relating to the administration and management of properties
• You will process commercial tenancy agreements independently
• You will support the team in accounting
• You will work closely with technical and commercial departments
• You will be involved in monitoring projects

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a real estate agent (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) with experience in the property sector, or a comparable qualification
• you already have several years’ professional experience in the property sector
• you have a good knowledge of property management and letting
• You have also gained experience in property and project management
• You are confident using MS Office
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
