• You will coordinate, organise and supervise technical maintenance and minor repairs, as well as measures to rectify faults
• You will also communicate with tenants and carry out the necessary on-site appointments independently
• In addition, you will receive fault reports and repair requests from tenants
• You will also arrange and coordinate measures to rectify defects and notify tenants of their completion in consultation with the construction management team
• Furthermore, you will process the orders independently

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a property sales assistant (m/f/d), industrial sales assistant (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have practical experience in the modernisation, maintenance and refurbishment of properties
• You also have knowledge of public procurement and construction contract law, as well as a basic understanding of business administration
• You are characterised by a good working knowledge of standard IT applications (MS Office, the internet)
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, or you should be willing to learn it at short notice
• Finally, you hold a Class B driving licence
