• You are responsible for the commercial management of our own property portfolio (residential, commercial and agricultural properties)
• You are responsible for drawing up rental and usage contracts
• You are the contact person for tenants and leaseholders:
• you will be responsible for monitoring contract and option deadlines
• you will also be responsible for preparing operating cost statements
• you will be responsible for maintaining property files
• other general administrative tasks round off your area of responsibility

• You have completed vocational training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector
• You are confident in MS Office and ideally also in Capitol Classic
• You are characterised by your structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Willingness to work and flexibility round off your profile
