- With your commitment, you provide support in the area of property, land, leasing and management administration
- You process applications carefully and on time
- In dialogue with authorities, service providers and other partners, you coordinate the necessary steps
- You manage and maintain files and databases in a reliable and structured manner
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial or property management apprenticeship, e.g. as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the aforementioned area characterises you
- Ideally, you have knowledge of contract law
- In dealing with citizens, planners and specialist departments, you have a confident and friendly manner
- assertiveness and good judgement are among your strengths
- you use your strong communication skills in a targeted manner
- you demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility in your day-to-day work
- with your ability to work in a team and your flexibility, you make a significant contribution to our joint success
