• You will work independently and not as an assistant
• As the first point of contact, you will answer telephone and written enquiries from debtors, their representatives, enforcement bodies and clients - always taking into account possible escalation levels and a well-founded risk assessment
• in addition, you act as an interface to the law firms we commission
• within your mandate, you use your own decision-making framework on a daily basis and make independent decisions

• You have successfully completed training as a legal assistant (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d) with an additional qualification in "debt collection or receivables management" or comparable training
• You have experience in receivables management
