• You will welcome guests and visitors in a friendly manner, register them and look after them during their stay
• You will handle enquiries received by telephone and in person and forward them to the relevant contact persons
• You organise and coordinate appointments independently
• You plan and prepare meetings and discussions, and book meeting rooms
• In the area of HR and time management, you will support the team with administrative tasks
• Using SAP, you will enter and maintain data and process transactions

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d),

a hotel management specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, you will have gained experience in bookkeeping
• You are confident using MS Office and, preferably, the SAP system
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Discretion when handling sensitive data, for example in the HR department, is a prerequisite
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
