You will be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure they receive a friendly, professional welcome. You will be responsible for booking appointments and for coordinating and organising consultation hours. You will assist our clients both by telephone and in person, handling incoming enquiries in a service-oriented and empathetic manner. You will carry out administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, documenting procedures, and processing forms and correspondence. You will assist with the approval and billing procedures for medical aids and undertake general administrative duties.

You will have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification. Ideally, you will already have experience working in a reception role or as a receptionist in a medical facility. Appreciative, transparent communication and an empathetic and respectful approach to people come naturally to you.
