• You will greet guests and visitors warmly, register them and, where necessary, escort them to the relevant contact persons
• You will manage the switchboard professionally and put calls through to the relevant departments
• You receive incoming and outgoing post, sort it and distribute it internally
• You prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are tidy and ready for use
• During meetings and visits, you take care of refreshments for guests, for example by serving drinks
• You assist with simple administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and general correspondence
• You keep the reception area tidy and, as the first point of contact, maintain an overview of on-site procedures
• You handle enquiries from staff and visitors and reliably direct them to the correct departments

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d),

a hotel management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, you have

experience working at reception or dealing with guests and providing hospitality

• You are confident using MS Office

and the telephone system

• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Strong communication skills, reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
