Job description

  • You greet visitors, customers and suppliers in a friendly manner:and suppliers in a friendly manner and ensure a pleasant reception
  • Operating the switchboard, forwarding calls and messages and organising and coordinating appointments are all part of your varied day-to-day work
  • Managing meeting rooms, process incoming and outgoing mail including distribution and franking
  • In the administrative area, you will provide support with orders, filing and documentation, for example
  • issue visitor and access cards and keep complete visitor lists
  • as a contact person:You deal professionally with internal and external concerns, process complaints or forward them to the relevant departments
  • You reliably handle central email communication and systematically record enquiries
  • You ensure general tidiness and cleanliness in the reception area

Requirements

  • First professional experience at reception, in the hotel industry or in the service sector is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or in dealing with digital communication tools
  • Discretion, a sense of responsibility and resilience are among your strengths, especially when dealing with changing situations and different customer concerns
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and a valid work permit; Knowledge of English is desirable
  • Very good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner are what set you apart
  • Organisational skills, reliability and the ability to work in a team are essential for this role
  • A well-groomed appearance and a strong service orientation round off your profile
