Job description

  • You look after reception, the telephone switchboard and the central email inbox
  • You manage incoming enquiries in the ticket system - from prioritisation to processing
  • You reliably process and distribute incoming mail and incoming and outgoing goods
  • You receive and look after visitors in a friendly manner, take care of their hospitality
  • commission and coordinate tradespeople for repairs and maintenance work
  • Organisation, organisation, booking and supervision of the meeting rooms
  • You are responsible for key management and working with the vehicle fleet
  • You independently procure and manage office supplies, from consumables to furniture
  • In addition, you support correspondence, coordinate appointments and take on other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have professional experience in office management, assistance or a similar administrative role
  • You are confident with MS Office and ideally have experience with ticket or administration systems
  • A strong organisational talent and enjoy working with them, efficient processes
  • A friendly and professional manner and strong communication skills - in person, by phone and in writing - are among your strengths
  • You demonstrate a sense of responsibility and discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Team spirit and reliability round off your profile
