Job description

  • You will operate the telephone system professionally, forward calls and always look after visitors in a friendly manner
  • Incoming and outgoing mail, your area of responsibility includes managing appointments, organising meeting rooms and ensuring that the building is kept tidy
  • commercial activities such as auditing and ordering are actively supported in the financial accounting and HR departments
  • vehicle fleet management including claims processing and coordinating external service providers such as cleaning companies are part of your daily tasks
  • you organise company events, trade fairs and errands efficiently, focusing on MS Office and administrative tools

Requirements

  • With a completed apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification at DQR level 4 or corresponding professional experience, you are ideally suited - career changers with demonstrable practical experience are welcome
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of commercial systems such as accounting software will make your daily work easier
  • You will demonstrate strong communication skills and customer orientation in your professional handling of calls, visitors and stakeholders
  • an organised and structured way of working as well as a strong sense of order and flexibility make up your working style
  • reliability and careful working methods ensure smooth processes in administration and processing
