• You receive and look after patients:on their arrival and during their stay
• you also plan and coordinate appointments, taking into account treatment times
• you handle telephone enquiries and written communication reliably and in a service-oriented manner
• you also carefully manage and maintain patient data and medical records
• you provide support with administrative activities in practice management
• you also organise the practice operations and contribute to a smooth process

• Ideally, you have experience in the reception area of a medical facility, doctor's surgery or in a comparable position or are motivated to familiarise yourself quickly
• Experience in processing prescriptions,
• Organisational skills, a structured and careful way of working and reliability are what set you apart
