You will lead your residential area’s team in all professional and organisational matters; you will- and holiday planning for your residential unit, which you draw up and coordinate independently; you also chair regular team meetings and ensure a good flow of information; with heart and mind, you provide individual basic and therapeutic care for the residents; you recognise the individual needs of each resident:and tailor the stimulating daily programme accordingly. You carefully document the care process, for example when administering medication and in care records. Together with the on-site team, you ensure and further develop the quality of care. For residents:and their relatives, you are always the point of contact and are ready to listen. You also plan the staffing rota for your residential area and guide new colleagues through their induction. Last but not least, you work closely with the other departments at the care home and contribute your own ideas for optimising work processes

• You have completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d); you have also completed further training as a nursing manager or are willing to undertake this. Professional and managerial experience is an advantage, but not essential. You are a team player (m/f/d) and treat residents and colleagues with empathy. You work independently and in a solution-oriented manner, even in challenging situations. Furthermore, you enjoy leading a team and have organisational skills for shiftand holiday planning. We expect you to take great care with care documentation and when handling medication. You are also willing to work shifts.
