• You look after and accompany the residents:
• you provide reliable support with everyday tasks such as daily structure, leisure activities or housekeeping
• you promote the independence and social skills of the residents in a targeted manner
• you provide sensitive educational support according to their individual support needs
• you plan and actively implement leisure and group activities
• developments,
• you carefully document developments, measures and special incidents
• you work together with relatives, colleagues and specialists in a spirit of trust
• you provide committed support with integration and participation in social life

• You have completed state-recognised vocational training as an educator (m/f/d), pedagogical specialist (m/f/d), social assistant (m/f/d) or a degree as a special educator (m/f/d), social educator (m/f/d), special needs teacher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in home education or in special educational institutions
• Knowledge in dealing with people with special support needs or in the field of special education characterises you. special educational needs
• Willingness to work late at night
• German language skills and a valid work permit
