• You will be responsible for the reliable and consistently accurate handling of all daily till operations, as well as cash and card payments for customers
• You will also be responsible for providing competent, friendly and helpful support and advice in response to all enquiries on the shop floor
• Furthermore, you will ensure the correct handling and proper reconciliation of till balances in accordance with all guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and organisational regulations throughout the till area is also part of your daily duties
• As part of your role, you will assist in ensuring the goods are presented in a clear and attractive manner in the till area
• Furthermore, you will support your colleagues with administrative tasks and the correct recording of relevant transactions
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth handover of the till at the end of each shift and for adhering to internal quality standards

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant (m/f/d), Sales Assistant (m/f/d) or Retail Business Administrator (m/f/d)
• you also have some relevant work experience in the till area, in sales or in customer service
• You stand out thanks to your confident proficiency in using modern till systems and standard MS Office applications
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, ensuring smooth communication
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of customer focus, a strong commitment to service and a consistently structured approach to your work
• Finally, you are completely reliable, a team player and always keep a cool head, even during busy periods
