• You will provide expert advice and support to private and business customers
• You will also be responsible for preparing quotations and order processing, including complaints management
• You will be in charge of supplier communication and negotiations

• You have completed training as a forwarding merchant (m/f/d), retail salesperson (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally you have experience in the building materials industry
• you are confident in using MS Office
• good written and spoken German skills characterise you
