• You will be responsible for the independent set-up and precise operation of CNC-controlled lathes
• You will also be responsible for the continuous monitoring and active optimisation of the manufacturing processes
• You will also oversee the careful quality control of the manufactured workpieces in accordance with technical specifications and carry out independent self-inspections
• Regular maintenance and servicing of the machines as part of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is also part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the systematic analysis and elimination of sources of error in the manufacturing process
• Finally, you will be responsible for the professional operation of an automated system featuring ABB robots, planning their deployment and monitoring the processes

• You have completed vocational training as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable technical qualification
• You also have several years’ professional experience in operating CNC-controlled machines, particularly in the field of turning
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of robotics and experience of operating various CNC control systems
• You are familiar with reading and understanding CNC programmes
• You are confident in working with technical drawings and conventional measuring equipment such as callipers and micrometres
• Your profile includes native-level written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit
• You are characterised by a high degree of precision, personal responsibility and the ability to work as part of a team
