• For the Berlin site, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and further developing risk management as part of the risk-based approach in accordance with ISO 9001
• LGT Management, you will support site management, value stream managers and support functions in identifying, assessing, controlling and monitoring risks and opportunities
• you will continuously maintain and further develop the site-specific risk register and ensure transparent, traceable documentation of measures, responsibilities and escalation requirements
• You will confidently facilitate cross-functional risk workshops and reviews involving Production, Assembly, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, EHS and Controlling
• You will establish clear monitoring and reporting processes for risks, opportunities and the status of measures, and ensure that critical risks are escalated to the appropriate decision-making level in good time
• When establishing and further developing Business Continuity Management, as well as in site-specific projects, you will actively apply your methodological expertise in FMEA, 8D, RCA, Ishikawa and 5-Why.

• You hold a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, quality management or a comparable qualification
• You already have several years’ experience in risk management, quality management, process or project management within an industrial manufacturing environment
• You have a thorough understanding of manufacturing, assembly and support processes, as well as the interfaces within a complex production facility
• You are familiar with risk-based thinking and management systems in accordance with ISO 9001; experience with internal or ISO audits is an advantage.
• You have already successfully established and further developed risk registers, action plans, governance structures and management reporting
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, as well as a confident and assertive manner, round off your profile – complemented by excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level)
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
