• You develop automation workflows with state-of-the-art platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere and adapt them precisely to existing business processes
• You analyse relevant optimisation potential in manual and recurring processes in a targeted manner and independently convert them into efficient, highly automated processes
• You provide competent support for existing automation solutions during ongoing operations, rectify any errors that occur and continuously develop functional properties in a targeted manner
• Together with the various internal departments, you define functional requirements, develop viable technical concepts and accompany the structured introduction of new solutions
• Maintain the technical documentation of the workflows created and the interfaces and customisations used in a completely structured and comprehensible manner at all times

• You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics, a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have sound practical experience in the development of automation solutions as well as in the confident use of common platforms such as UiPath
• Your solid knowledge of modern process management, in agile process optimisation and the successful introduction of digital solutions
• You have very good written and spoken German skills at C1 level for smooth and professional communication at all times
• In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
