• You will support several agile teams in the introduction and sustainable implementation of a scaled agile working model within the product development environment
• During sprint planning sessions, Reviews, Retrospectives and Daily Scrums, you will facilitate the relevant Scrum events and ensure a structured process
• you will foster collaboration between teams, Product Owners and other stakeholders through transparent communication and continuous coordination
• By identifying and escalating obstacles, you help the teams to continuously improve their delivery capability and efficiency
• As part of PI planning and other SAFe ceremonies, you play an active role in coordination within the Agile Release Train

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable subject
• You confidently apply several years’ experience as a Scrum Master in scaled agile organisations to your day-to-day work
• You are thoroughly familiar with the SAFe framework, its roles, artefacts and processes
• You can provide evidence of a valid Scrum Master certification as well as a current SAFe certification
• Business-fluent Germanand English, as well as a willingness to work on-site in Berlin on a regular basis, round off your profile
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
