Your responsibilities

• You’ll advise and assist trade customers at the goods collection point
• You will process returns
• You will document stock movements and maintain the relevant data in the system

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a retail sales assistant (m/f/d), sales assistant (m/f/d) or specialist advisor in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning trade (m/f/d)
• You have gained experience in advising and supporting customers
• Knowledge of plumbing products or tradesmen’s supplies is an advantage
• Confident use of stock management systems and commercial processes is one of your strengths
• You impress customers with your friendly and engaging manner
• Good written and spoken German is one of your key strengths
• You have strong organisational skills and a structured approach to your work
• You are reliable and keep on top of things, even when dealing with returns and complaints
• The ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills round off your profile
