Job description
- You will be responsible for the administration of the sales database and ensure the ongoing maintenance and regular updates of all master data, user information, enquiries and currency data
- By coordinating database requirements and adjustments with internal systems such as Cynetix, you will ensure the optimal functionality of our sales processes
- You will help the team by creating and maintaining user manuals for Salsys, work efficiently and practically with the system
- You support sales colleagues by providing advice and training in the use of Salsys and are the first point of contact for questions
- You evaluate and analyse Salsys data - for example on lost orders or projects - and create transparency for the team
- You create reliable production forecasts for the next three months based on Salsysdata
- You always have an overview when maintaining and updating the sales order forecast overview as well as the monthly consolidation of the sales order forecast for various companies
- Your work includes the creation and ongoing maintenance of various price lists, including transfer and distributor price lists
- You are actively responsible for supporting and training new sales employees abroad with regard to databases, standard software and reporting tools
- You contribute to the company's success by consolidating the Group budget and designing and creating product models
- You reliably maintain and link databases and ensure that they are always up to date
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial or industrial vocational training programme, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d)
- You are confident and goal-orientated when using MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- You have a good command of written and spoken English
- Your communication skills are not only convincing when dealing with German, but also with international employees
- Your daily work is characterised by initiative, an affinity for numbers and a strong focus on detail
- Reliability and team spirit are part of your portfolio
- Good written and spoken German skills and a valid work permit round off your profile
